Achievements of Farhan Akhtar

Farhan Akhtar was born on January 9th 1974. He is a GOD gifted and very talented guy. He is not only good actor but Producer, Director, Playback Singer, Lyricist and a TV host too. He is the son of the famous story writer Farhan Akhtar. He gets the Influence of the film industry from his childhood. He completed his school from "Manekji Cooper School". He started his career as assistant director in 1991. His first project is Lamhe, and however another project is Himalay Putra 1997.

He established a production company with Ritesh Sidwani and names it "Excel Entertainment". Dil chahtta hai is his first directed movie and won the several awards. Movie also achieved the national Award.  He called a lucky boy of the Bollywood industry, as his first director debut movie won the national award after that Lakshya, Bride and prejudice and the most famous movie DON is also directed by him and he won lot of awards on these movies.

Best Actor 

                         He started his acting and singing carrier from the movie Rock On in 2008 which is music devotional movie. He also win a 2nd national award for that movie a best producer.  He experiments as a dialog writer and producer too in the movie Zindagi na Mily gi Dobara in 2011 which let him won the two Film-fare awards. Best supporting actor’s award is also named by him. His best movie Bhaag Mikha Bhaag achieved him further success by portraying Mikha Singh in 2013. He also get best famous actor for that.

                   Farhan Akhtar wrote the english lyrics for hollywood film bride and prejudice of Gurinder. Farhan also sing a song for the Rock on. He also refused the offer to sing with A.R.Rahman in his album Blue.
